Administered by Norton LifeLock, a global leader in cybersecurity, this benefit provides services that monitor your identity and detect fraud. If your identity is compromised, certified privacy advocates act on your behalf to resolve identity theft issues.
Explore and choose from a variety of services, including:
- Monitoring for:
- Fraudulent use of your Social Security number, name, address or date of birth in applications for credit and services. You’ll receive alerts by text, phone, email or mobile app if your information has been compromised.
- Dark web activity, which identifies thieves who attempt to buy or sell your personal information on hard-to-find dark websites and forums. You’ll be notified if your information is found.
- Your personal information on common public people-search websites.
- Parental control features, so you can manage your kids’ activities online.
- Protection against existing and emerging malware threats, including spyware and ransomware, and protection against online threats at home and on the go.
- Notification if cybercriminals try to use your webcam, so you can block them.
- Restoration services to help you restore your identity safely.
- Compensation for personal expenses you may incur as well as funds stolen due to identity theft.
You may enroll in this benefit when you are newly eligible for benefits and during Annual Enrollment. Just as you enroll in your other health and welfare benefits, you can enroll using Infor HR Talent. Coverage is for the entire plan year and can't be dropped until the next plan year unless you become ineligible for coverage.
