Certain life events can affect your Children’s Mercy benefits. See what you may want to consider and do as you navigate life’s changes. If you have a qualifying life event, benefit changes must be made on the Infor HR Talent website within 30 days. All benefit changes that are a result of a qualified life event and are made in Infor HR Talent within 30 days will take effect on the first day of the month following the change, with the excetion of newborns. Benefit coverage for newborns will be retroactive to their birth date.
